Nurk is a real-world geolocation game operated by the owner of northernarchive.com as a personal, non-commercial project. This policy explains what data the Nurk app and its backend collect, why, and how it is handled. Questions: pasta0126@gmail.com.

What we collect

We do not collect contacts, photos, messages, or any device data beyond the above. There is no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.

How we use it

Solely to operate the game: authenticating you, running gameplay, and preventing cheating. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for profiling or marketing.

Third parties

Where data is stored

All account and gameplay data is stored on self-hosted server hardware controlled by the operator. It is not hosted with a third-party cloud provider.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing pasta0126@gmail.com; it will be removed within 30 days.

Children

Nurk is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be announced in the app.
